Working Principle: High Efficiency in Compact Design
The operating principle of mobile concrete plants follows the same basic steps as stationary plants, but all these steps are optimized on a single mobile chassis:
- Material Weighing:Aggregate is weighed precisely from the hoppers on the chassis onto a weighing belt or bucket. Cement, water, and additives are also measured simultaneously on integrated scales.
- Transfer to Mixer:All weighed ingredients are transferred to the mixer, which is also mounted on the chassis, usually via a transfer belt or skip crane.
- Homogeneous Mixing and Discharging:The mixer mixes the materials homogeneously and discharges the ready-mixed concrete directly into the transit mixers.
Advantages of Mobile Concrete Batching Plants
- Quick Installation and Disassembly:Thanks to its minimum foundation requirement, it can be installed and start production in just a few days.
- Low Shipping Cost:All main units can be transported by a single truck tractor, significantly reducing logistics costs.
- Flexibility:Once the project is finished, it can easily be moved to another construction site, which accelerates the return on investment.
- Minimum Space Requirement:Thanks to its compact design, it works efficiently even in narrow construction site areas.
