Designed by STS Global Makina, the D-Type & Scotch Steam Boilers are highly efficient and reliable flame-and-smoke tube boilers designed to meet the steam needs of industrial facilities. These boilers, which can be integrated with both liquid/gas burners and solid fuel combustion systems, offer flexible and economical solutions.

• Compliance with Standards: Our flame-smoke tube boilers, EN 12953 are produced in full compliance with the standards and pressure vessels directives.
• Three-Pass Structure: Scotch type boilers have a three-pass design that maximizes combustion efficiency and heat transfer.

Fuel Flexibility and High Efficiency:

• Versatile Fuel Use: In addition to liquid and gas fuel burners, it is fully compatible and efficient with coal-burning rotating pallet grate and forward thrust grate combustion systems.
• Increased Efficiency with Economizer: In burner type boilers, optionally added to the back of the boiler and EN 12952 System efficiency with water tube economizers designed according to the standard 4-7% is increased by the rate.
• Optimized Burner Selection: Critical data such as boiler power, flue gas resistance and fan capacity are precisely analyzed to provide the most efficient burner solutions.

Capacity and Options:

Our steam boiler capacity, 40 tons/h can reach steam production. For high capacity needs, it can also be manufactured with double furnaces and corrugations.
