Belt conveyors are essential equipment that enable the efficient and uninterrupted transportation of bulk materials from one point to another in a wide range of applications, from crushing and screening plants to mining, industrial production to logistics. Working Principle: Simple and Effective Transport

The operating principle of belt conveyors is quite simple. They consist of an endless belt made of rubber or a similar flexible material stretched between two drums (pulleys):

• Drive Drum: This drum, rotated by a motor and reducer, gives movement to the belt.
• Tail Drum: It is located at the other end of the belt and ensures the return of the belt.
• Carrier Rollers: It supports the upper arm of the belt between two drums and helps transport the material without spilling.
• Return Rolls: It carries the lower and empty arm of the belt and ensures its return to the system.
• Tensioning System: It prevents slipping and ensures efficient power transfer by ensuring the belt operates at optimum tension.

Material is loaded onto the belt at one end of the conveyor (usually the tail end) and discharged at the other end (the head end) by traveling across the moving belt surface.

Design and Structural Features

Our conveyors are manufactured in different structural designs to offer the best solution for your project requirements and budget:

• Chassis Structure: The main frame of the conveyor is heavy duty type From NPU profile or a more economical solution from twisted sheet metal can be manufactured.
• Bandwidths: Production is carried out in different belt widths from 500 mm to 1200 mm, in accordance with the capacity and size of the material to be transported.
• Tensioning Systems: On short and medium distance conveyors (up to approximately 40 meters) screw tensioning system automatically maintains optimum belt tension on longer lines when in use weighted tensioning systems preferred.
• Stock Conveyors: Special conveyor solutions are offered for stocking materials in facilities, which can be designed as mobile or fixed, depending on the request.
