The Cycle of Sustainable Energy
A biogas plant is a complex ecosystem where each component plays a vital role. Our integrated approach ensures that every step of the process works in harmony:
- Feeding: The process begins in the Feeding Tank, where raw organic materials are homogenized to create the perfect substrate for digestion.
- Digestion: Inside the digester, the Connecting Rod and Bearing Assembly drives the mixing system, ensuring consistent biological activity and maximizing gas production.
- Discharge & Separation: Post-digestion, the material is moved to the Discharge Tank and then to the Separator Tank, which prepares it for efficient solid-liquid separation by the Separator.
- Purification: The Cyclone Tank can be used to purify gas streams or remove solids from liquids, ensuring the quality of the final products and protecting equipment.
