The STS M-35 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant is a compact and efficient solution designed for small and medium-sized projects, with a concrete production capacity of 35 m³ per hour. Easily transported by a single tractor unit, this model requires minimal installation space and is quick to start, making it ideal for narrow construction sites and projects with frequent location changes.

Working Principle: Fast Installation, Practical Production

The STS M-35's "plug-and-play" principle eliminates time losses at project start-up. All main units (aggregate hopper, weighing scales, mixer, and automation cabin) are integrated on a single mobile chassis. Aggregate is loaded from the hoppers on the chassis onto the weighing belt and precisely weighed. Simultaneously, cement, water, and additives are measured on their own scales. All weighed components are transferred directly to the mixer via a skip crane (skip bucket). Once a homogeneous mixture is achieved, it is discharged into the transmixer.

Flexible and User-Friendly Solutions

The STS M-35 offers flexible configurations based on project needs. Aggregate feeding can be accomplished via a concrete ramp or an optional pre-feeding system. The user-friendly, multifunctional automation system allows operators to easily manage the production process, while precise weighing and recipe control ensure high-quality concrete production that meets standards every time.
