These high-capacity mobile batching plants operate with a fully automated system. Aggregate is loaded onto the weighing belt from large-volume mobile hoppers and precisely weighed according to the recipe. Simultaneously, cement, water, and additives are measured on their own high-capacity scales. All weighed components are quickly transferred to the Twin Shaft mixer via a transfer belt. The mixer quickly achieves a homogeneous mix and discharges the ready-mixed concrete directly into the transport mixer. This optimized process ensures high production rates and concrete quality.
The STS M-100/120 series can be installed and begin production in as little as 2-3 days, with minimal foundation requirements. All main units (aggregate hopper, weighing scales, mixer, and automation cabin) are integrated on the mobile chassis. This "plug-and-play" structure eliminates project startup time losses and reduces operational costs.
